Packages usually ship within 7 days from the date we receive the order. You can confirm the shipping rates and times for your delivery address during checkout.

We assign a tracking number to each package. Orders containing multiple processing times are shipped when all items are ready.

Shopping from the EU: tell us within 14 days of delivery if you need help. Everywhere else: no returns, cancellations or exchanges.

All returned items must be in original, resalable condition. We are not responsible for return shipping costs, items damaged or lost in the return transit. Initial shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

We are happy to reship once at your expense. Unclaimed, returned items will be discarded after 14 days of collection without notice.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
