Make your own, using ready purchased plastic skeletons. Make them whatever color you need. Instructions include making garland. No sewing required, but two options for making skirt are included, and one of them is simple sewing. Suitable for children to do WITH HELP. The hardest part of it is getting the skirts onto the skeletons...they are reluctant to lift their little arms. :) no kidding.
