Backstory: I had a customer come look at my wares and liked my run themed beads. However, they told me, "I just like to run" and didn't want numbers on it. This inspired the individual pieces in a charm simply expressing the love one has for their sport. The charm is made in sterling silver and the bracelet is a polished bike spoke.

Choose a side that is about 1/2" or 1.3cm LARGER than the actual wrist measurement. Take a piece of string and wrap it around the wrist, then measure the length to convert it to the right size.
