Dimensions of the items are being added. I'll add them as fast as I can.

Please leave them in their original packaging or any airtight container. Store them in dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Please avoid wearing them in shower, swimming pool. After each use please wipe them clean then store them as stated above.

Modifications on existing designs are accepted if schedule allows. Please contact us for any custom orders.

All of our products are carefully packed in giftable packaging. We have 3 different types of packaging for items with different prices. Contact us if you have any questions or requests on packagings.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing the order, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses (no refund if the package is lost due to incorrect address, shipping fee will not be refunded if the package is returned to us due to incorrect address).

Almost all items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days, custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete (processing time may change depending on our schedule).

We stand behind our products, we want all of our customers to be happy. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date (excludes SALE items and CUSTOM orders). Customers must contact us before sending return/exchange packages to us. Items must be in their original condition and packagings. For returns, we will refund full amount minus the shipping and packaging cost we paid to ship the order. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns and exchanges.

WE DON'T ACCEPT LATE RETURN OR RETURNS ON SALE AND CUSTOM ITEMS. PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED TO ACCEPT AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.
