Designed with the cold seasons in mind, the Jasper is the perfect garment for snuggling up on the couch with a hot cup of something. Going out of the house won’t mean changing though, the Jasper is comfortable and edgy. There are multiple ways to personalise your Jasper: make it in one colour, contrasting hem, cuffs and welt strip or even contrasting side panels.

View A features a big and asymmetrical hood with three optional buttons. If you’re not into hoodies you can choose View B, a big collar with an optional epaulet. These neckline options are interchangeable between the two length options: a sweater or a longer version than can be worn as a dress or a tunic.

This design features princess seams that give a closer fit than traditional sweatshirts and create flattering vertical lines. The single welt pockets are set in these side seams and are connected by a tube pocket on the inside. Hem and cuffs are banded.

Comes in 16 sizes. Range:
Hip: 34 - 64.5" (86-164 cm)

Sizes 1-6 are drafted with a B/C-cup, sizes 7-16 with a C/D-cup.

The .zip file contains files to either Print at Home files or at the Copyshop on large format paper, in a layered PDF. It also contains a detailed illustrated instruction booklet.

I found that the sizing ran a bit big, but maybe I wanted a slightly closer fit. I ended up going down two sizes than the recommended size

This pdf pattern is well written with excellent detailed diagrams and explanations. I really liked the suggestions for sizing when using more stretchy fabric like cotton lycra or terry knit. All the pattern lines matched. I was stymied on the welt pockets, and went to the tutorial they have on line. The online tutorial was excellent! lots of pictures that really helped!

It is hard to give feedback, because I just finished the dress, and I didn't really follow the instructions as well as I should have. And I printed the pattern at the wrong scale. This meant that I had to retrace my steps and did things. That being said, I think that the pattern and instructions are really good and easy to follow. I love the dress that I made. I used a heathered sweatshirt fleece and it is so comfortable and the fabric was very forgiving of my incompetence. I wore my new dress today and received a lot of compliments.
