All of the items in my shop can be personalized with your own custom text or quote. Send me a note and I would be happy to help you create your one of a kind art or you can just add your notes when you check out in the "Notes to Seller" Box. A proof can be sent for PURCHASED items only, upon request. At this time, I only carry ARTWORK in my shop (not actual stones, sports balls, eggs, butterflies, feathers, books, sand...).

Each listing contains details related to the size, finish and production time. All images can be purchased in any size so if you don't see the size you wanted, send me a note and I will create custom listing for you or click on this link http://etsy.me/1aRVTcG and you will see the generic sizes listing.

Please contact me for a listing if you do not see one offered in the sizing. THIS IS A LIMITED TIME OFFER. I will continue to print and ship as usual but in the event of unforeseen circumstances where I am unable to send deliveries, I will contact you regarding your order.

I do not offer digital files at this time. Upon request, watermarked version of your print, can be sent to you to have until the artwork arrives.

✦ A proof (on purchased items only) can be sent to you prior to shipping, upon request. After three edits, a design fee may incur. If you do not respond to my message, I will assume after three days that the art is correct and it will be shipped as shown
✦ Print colours may differ slightly due to variations in computer monitor calibrations
✦ Any blur or texture on the image is intentional & unless otherwise noted, will appear on your print
✦ Artist logo will not appear on the front of your print but may be signed on the back of the print or matte
✦ Art is wrapped in a clear archival sleeve, shipped in bend proof mailers

Due to the personal nature of our items I do do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless the error has been at my end. If you do not include notes to seller requesting personalization, the first image shown in your purchase will be sent. Non-customized orders may be, at the discretion of the shop owner, subject to refund/credit less a 30% restocking fee. Once a proof has been shown to you or the item is marked in progress (only prior to being shipped) no refunds/cancellations can be honoured. A credit for future orders can be issued upon discretion. Please read all order notes (item details, receipt) to ensure you have ordered correctly. I copy and paste EXACTLY what you type in the order notes so please ensure it is correct.

UNITED STATES orders ship from the US and take approx 3-10 business days to arrive once shipped. If you wanted your item tracked/faster, please Upgrade your shipping at checkout or contact us for a rate/timeframe for your area. Reg (free) shipping is not necessarily tracked.

CANADIAN orders ship via Canada Post and take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive within Ontario and approximately 3-7 business days to arrive across Canada. Only orders sized 8x10 matted and larger will be tracked. If you want your smaller item tracked, please inquire for upgrade or rush shipping.

Holidays and weather issues can cause delays. Please understand that this is beyond our control and allow time for your item to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL take approx 4-22+ business days to arrive. We can not guarantee a delivery by a specific date and can only give an estimation. Contact us for upgrading to tracked mail. (Orders can take a minimum of 22+ business days and up to 90 days as items may be held at either border and which neither party will be notified of). Only items sized 16x20 for photographs (must be rolled) and canvases 11x14 and under can be shipped outside of the US/CANADA. If you have ordered in error, we will adjust your print size to that size. All CUSTOMS and DUTIES are the BUYERS responsibility (we can NOT tell you how much duty will be incurred). If an item is sent back to us, the buyer must pay the return + new shipping fee before we reship.

I do offer wholesale. If you are interested in collaborating with me, send me a note and I will send you a link to my wholesale catalogue.

Unless you ask us NOT to, I may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services or changes to this privacy policy.
