Please note that my jewelry is NOT intended for anyone 12 years of age or younger. Note that small pieces of jewelry (or if the jewelry becomes broken) is a choking hazard for children and should not be used around children 3 years of age or younger.

If you need a return or exchange, please contact me for instructions. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.

I have had a very generous return policy for almost 8 years but have made the difficult decision to limit returns to 7 days due to customers taking advantage of my return policy. After multiple brides wore the jewelry on their wedding day and then returned for a full refund, I can ONLY accept returns postmarked within 7 days after you receive the item. Shipping costs can not be refunded.

Most of my items are eligible for returns/exchanges. Please refer to the specific listing for whether an item has "returns accepted". The following items can not be returned:

Personalized or custom items
Sale items marked as "final sale"
Earrings*

*As is industry standard, I can't accept returns on earrings. This is to protect the hygiene and safety of my customers. However, if you have an issue with your earrings, please contact me.

Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery (does not include processing time). Delivery dates before that time are NOT guaranteed. Customs fees and taxes vary from country to country and are ALWAYS the responsibility of the buyer. These are NOT fees of the U.S.

If you make a note requesting delivery in 3 weeks or less without first contacting me and purchasing upgraded shipping, I do NOT guarantee the delivery date. I will do my best to ship ASAP but the delivery date is not guaranteed. I will assume since you went ahead and purchased that you are confident it will arrive in time.
