Listing is for 1 custom banner in cursive font. Please choose the number of letters needed, assembly option, and color, leave your desired wording in the personalization field. Only the first letter of the word can be capitalized if specified. We cannot offer all uppercase as it will be very difficult to read.

• Regular size: letters are approx. 3.5"-7" tall, depending on the letter, and come with natural baker's twine. The length of this banner depends on the wording chosen.

We do guarantee that you order will be shipped the following business day from when your order is placed or from when we get final confirmation on your custom designs!

We do our best to design and make high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied or no longer need your order for any reason, we can accept returns for an non-customized item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item(s) must be returned in new condition in the original packaging for a full refund. We do not refund the original shipping fees. Any product(s) that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Any customized/personalized products (including banners, cake toppers, & cutouts) are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns/exchanges.

-An image of the mistake or problem

Our customer service specialist will review your order to confirm if the error is on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will do our best to issue a replacement quickly or issue a refund depending on the timeline.

However, we are not responsible for any misspellings made by a buyer in their personalization or inability to assemble their products as ordered (e.g. DIY banners).
