When your order has shipped you will receive an Etsy notification with any tracking info. Delivery time depends on your location and customs clearance. Things may take longer during peak & holiday seasons, global health emergencies and/ or during labour negotiations. Once an item leaves my hands I have no other information beyond the tracking info and no ability to change the destination of the package or the speed it's being delivered.
Signature is not required for delivery. If you miss your delivery, a card will be left with instructions for picking up at a local post office. If you do not pick up the item within the stated time, the book will be returned as unclaimed. You will need to pay for shipping for any re-delivery.

Keep all books and boxes out of direct sunlight and in a relatively cool dry place. A sticky pet hair brush usually works to remove the inevitable debris (just be gentle! sometimes the plastic on the sides will leave marks) or some masking tape. Keep heavy things off of albums as over time this can warp the covers. Store albums upright. Flexible covers (on coil books) are just that, flexible! So if they get a bit wonky from being stored funny or lots of humidity, just press them under something heavy in a dry spot for a day or two and you should be good to go!
