Once I order my jewelry, how long until you send it?

⭐My estimated time to process and send the orders is 1-3 days. I often send them earlier than that, even the very next day. 👉If your item takes more than 5 days to send I will communicate with you and even give you free jewelry! Shipping to you quickly is very important to me.

Can I return or exchange my item?

⭐For the safety of all my customers, returns are not accepted on piercing jewelry. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. 👉For exchange - If you bought the wrong size, I am happy to help you. Contact me to get the necessary help in this matter.

Can I cancel my order?

⭐I begin processing your order often immediately after you order it- I pay the shipping price, print the shipping label, and begin making the item. 👉For this reason, request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase. I can not offer any refunds after this time.

I put the wrong shipping address! Can you change it for me?

⭐I will ship to the address that you give us when you order, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure it is the correct shipping address before you purchase. 👉If the order has not been sent yet, Contact me ASAP and ask for a change of delivery address. 👉If the order has already been sent, It is not possible to change the delivery address. If the item is returned to me because it was a wrong address, you will need to pay for shipping again for me to send it to you again. As a seller, I am not responsible for missing shipment (or not delivering) in the case - incorrect delivery address.

My jewelry did not get here on the day it was supposed to! How do I get mad at?

⭐I will always send our product within the promised amount of time. 👉Once it leaves my hands, I can not promise that it will arrive by a certain day because the product is then in the hands of the Post office and I can not control the way the work. 👉Generally I have been more than happy with the post office and have found that they international deliver items very quickly. 👉However, because the items are out of my hands at that point I simply can not guarantee that they arrive on a certain date so I ask for your patience.

What does gauge size mean?

⭐The gauge size refers to the thickness of the metal used to make the hoop, stud post that actually goes into your piercing. The average nose piercing and ear lobe piercing is 20 gauge (0.8mm). Average septum and tragus is 16 gauge (1.2mm). 👉The higher the gauge size the THINNER the metal. So, 22 gauge (0.6mm) is the thinnest and 16 gauge (1.2mm) is the thickest.

How do I know my gauge size?

⭐The best way is to go to a local piercer and have your piercing sized. 👉If that is not an option, then the standard size for a nose piercing and ear lobe piercing is 20 gauge and for a septum and tragus 16 gauge.

Do your products contain nickel?

Such a beautiful and detailed piercing! I purchased it for my forward helix and I could not be more in love with it! Unfortunately, my package got lost at first but I was quickly sent a second replacement package in no time. I really recommend buying from this shop! :)
