For German customers:
* I do not ship to Germany. There is no option to exclude it from the list of countries so it's active however I will cancel the order with the German address.

*I send packages from Monday to Friday and I try to make it as soon as possible as I get your payment!

*The package will be shipped as a registered Priority Mail. It should arrive in 5-7 days to Europe and 10-14 days to the rest of the world. However sometime it takes much longer because of the weather, Christmas time etc.

*Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees or other taxes in their countries.

*Please also note that there is time difference so often shipping in one day doesn't mean the same for me ;). However I try to adjust to this circumstance too.

For US customers:
*The package will be shipped as a registered Priority Mail (about 7-14 days to arrive), however tracking is limited when the package is outside Poland. If your package didn't arrive you can check the most recent status when you call USPS and speak with operator (not automatic machine). It works but you can`t do it online.

** Based on my experience with USPS and busy Christmas time from previous years I do not recommend ordering Christmas gifts later than the end of October.

For German customers:

For Australian customers:

Because of the new law, beginning July 1, 2018, Etsy will collect a 10% GST on orders if each of the following applies:

- The package is being shipped to a buyer in Australia
- The total value of the package is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD

If an order in my shop meets these requirements, Etsy will automatically include the tax in the buyer’s total. The buyer will pay the tax at checkout, and Etsy will be responsible for remitting it to the Australian tax office (ATO). For orders placed through PayPal, Etsy will send the GST collected to you as a part of the payment.
GST does not apply if the total value of the package is more than $1,000 AUD or if the transaction is between buyers and sellers both located in Australia.
