Angel in the Garden, is a Modern Icon designed with my own Garden in mind. I love to watch the plants grow in the Spring and become delicious and gorgeous in the Summer, faded in the Fall, and asleep in the Winter. Since I feed flocks of birds, many of them root around in the vegetation and soil, and the Peaches are a particular favorite. The Blue Jay I painted into the Icon is a regular and now has brought her young to eat seeds and peanuts. My busy Garden seemed to need its own Angel and Angel in the Garden just seemed to paint herself. Angel Anpiel, is the Protectress of Birds, she has green eyes like the abundant foliage, golden wings, a white flower to adorn her slightly red hair, and a red dress symbolizing prosperity, the prosperity of my Garden and all Gardens. She pauses with her elbows resting on the frame, her hands holding up her head as she ponders the Garden. Both the Angel and the Garden are Magical and Mystical, a balm to the Spirit and Soul.

Choose either Large Angel Collage, @11.5"x6.75" or Small Collage, @ 6.25x 4.5". Laser cut wood and masonite collage using reproduction from my original Icon/painting, detailed in gold, red and gold metallic acrylic paint and satin acrylic varnish. Identifying label on back. Can be hung on small nail or hook through the decorative hole at top or use a bit of ribbon or fishing line.
