The backdrop is composed of several fringe garlands, with each garland being made up of multiple individual fringe panels.
The panels for each garland will be stacked together. To install each garland, just place the stack of panels onto the corresponding string and gently separate and slide each panel into place.
Installation instructions, link to a video tutorial, and string to hang included.

Adhesive Command hooks are recommended to hang the strings. You can find them in most supermarkets or home hardware stores. Tape can be used instead of hooks but the string might slide, and the rows will droop over time.

**** Not recommended for outdoor use if windy.
