Nothing is as important when meditating as an upright and relaxed sitting position. Our meditation bench made of solid ash wood supports the meditator in maintaining an upright posture that is gentle on the back.

The seat surface gently slopes towards the front, tilting the pelvis slightly forward, allowing for a comfortable posture that keeps the spine in harmonious balance. At the same time, the abdominal cavity remains relaxed and breathing can flow freely.
All of our meditation benches are made from solid local ash wood. The surfaces are finely ground and oiled, all edges are softly rounded.
The meditation bench made of ash wood gets its inclined seat measuring 16 x 46 centimeters thanks to its legs, which are 20 centimeters high at the back and 17.5 centimeters high at the front. The bench is delivered fully assembled.
