Please message or email us (exceptionalevents365@outlook.com) the details you would like included signage when you place your order. We will send you the digital proof to confirm that you are happy with the design, and then we will commence the printing process.

PRINTING & DELIVERY

Please allow 2 weeks for us to produce your order. Once completed, your items will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping time depends on your country of residence and the shipping option you have chosen. If you would like your items shipped faster, we recommend you select Express Postage upon checkout. Please note that selecting Express Postage does not speed up the processing time.

We DO NOT accept or offer refunds due to COVID-19. PLEASE UNDERSTAND, this is a custom, made-to-order product that our team works to produce & ship ahead of all noted time-frames. PLEASE, consider leaving off your date if you are concerned your event will be cancelled. Cancellations of your event are not under our control, thank you for understanding.

This food menu was one of the small, but important details to our day! We loved the personalization of the menu and that we received proofs prior to receiving them! We also ordered a separate bar menu with them and their hexagon acrylic place cards. Everything was so well made and meaningfully created for us. Worth it!!! :)
