Realization of the voucher to draw (B.A.T) within 1 to 2 weeks (unique realization handmade according to your requests), it will be sent to your Etsy box, for final validation before printing. If necessary a retouching can be done to adjust the portrait according to your wishes.
Once the Voucher to Draw validated by you, your order is shipped in letter followed for the A4 and in colissimo for the A3.

Shipping info:
The products are packed in pretty tissue paper and shipped in a reinforced case for A4 size and a double fluted tube for A3 format.

NB: alterations are additional are possible with a supplement of 5 €.
To keep a unity and a clean look on the family portrait, I do not color the hair or the skin. However it is possible to put a color in addition: 5 € for the hair for all the characters and 5 € for the skin for all the characters.
Any changes to clothing outside the presentation frame are counted as a supplement.
If no order of characters is provided when ordering, I take the freedom to place the characters according to my appreciation according to the ages.
No character can be located between the couple.
