For me, not working with my hands is like biting into a sweet-less apple. It can’t kill me but it leaves me unsatisfied and irritated.
As a writer and a graphic designer, I always have the "Needs to Note". It's tragic to let an idea escape because I didn't write it down. And if I did write it down on a scrap of paper, I often don't know how to find it again. That's why I make myself notebooks.
