This Privacy Policy describes how and when AFVisualCore ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase a digital item from AFVisualCore (https://afvisualcore.etsy.com), contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your digital order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as:

The details of the digital product that you’re ordering (e.g., the specific template purchased).
You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom request, for example) if you contact me directly.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
To provide my services: As needed to fulfill your digital order, to settle disputes, or to provide you with customer support. Since you sell digital items, this primarily involves confirming the sale and addressing issues with file access.
Compliance with legal obligations: I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
My legitimate interests: I use your information to improve my services. For example, to optimize the file delivery process or understand which digital products are most popular.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service Providers: I do not use third-party service providers (such as external file hosts like Google Drive or Dropbox) to fulfill digital orders, as all files are delivered directly through the Etsy platform.
Business Transfers: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with Laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. Generally, this means retaining order records for 7 years as required by tax law.
