Once in awhile you see items on etsy that are truly unique and you cannot get anywhere else. When I first saw this bag I knew my wife would like this, the beautiful flower patter, color and attention to detail really stood out to me. I had to have it ASAP and Diamany made sure to expedite the shipping, she was very accommodating, responsive and the whole process went well. What cannot be advertised is the owner's level of customer service. That is something you have to experience in order to fully appreciate it. I had contacted Diamany about a problem that had occurred with my order. I had started an Etsy convo with her over the weekend but did not expect to hear back from her until the weekday. Not only did Diamany contact me with a wonderful solution to resolve the problem, she had responded within a few hours of me writing to her! Diamany is very easy to talk to and really understood what the problem was and responded in a friendly and caring manner! Diamony has excellent customer service and was a complete joy to work with!

It's been 15 years I think I can't find a handbag that suits me and that doesn't clutter me when I wear it, and there, I found it!
