1 out of 5 starsI tried to order 3 sizes up & the jacket was still way too small. I was told to give it to donate it which I did. I did get a refund. This has happened to me twice before. I guess I am ordering from the wrong jacket company.

Hi Karen - I am sorry that the jacket you ordered did not fit your granddaughter, I am even more sorry that you didn't let me know personally before posting this review - because it is not accurate that you could not exchange. As we discussed offline after this review was posted, I definitely would have worked with you to make it right. (and am still willing to do so, as we discussed!) Thank you for choosing my shop and I'm sorry that it didn't have the outcome either of us desired.
