The seller was super helpful. An Internet link to the original manual was included along with a video demonstrating how to use it. The typewriter was as advertised and all the keys seem to work well. I will definitely recommend this seller in the future.

Super fun typewriter! Big dent in box but it was packaged well enough the dent didn’t even damage the typewriter case. Super fun typewriter ready to use right out of the box and very helpful instructional video shared by the seller on how to get going (greatly appreciated as this is my first typewriter.) only hitch was that the ribbon had a piece missing on one end so it doesn’t auto reverse one way but by the power of messing around and finding someone’s grandpa on YouTube (hero of a hobby grandpa) I was able to reconnect the ribbon and jimmy it together so the machine has no errors in use while I order a new ribbon. (Ribbon error was the kind you wouldn’t know unless you’d gone to the end both ways so no fault to seller) Typed on it for hours day one and it’s held up like a champ! Definitely recommend seller!

Typewriter was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations- my son was thrilled with it (birthday gift). I wasn't able to be there when he opened the package, but he told me it was packed and shipped very well. I love how the seller sent me a video that walked me through how to operate the typewriter. Nice touch- the history and backstory of each typewriter!

Shipped with no damage! Beautiful typewriter and I really love the cursive script. Both the installed and provided replacement tapes were a quite dry but the machine itself is in excellent condition.
