2 out of 5 starsSeller didn’t have the item I ordered, even though it shows as available. I accepted the substitute, which is nice and well made, but the seller never acknowledged my acceptance. Nor did they let me know it shipped, and it took twice as long as anything else I get from California. (I have family there, and it takes two days USPS to me, not five.) Seller needs to work on communication, perhaps add a tracking feature on their page, however I won’t be purchasing from them again.

The buyer dinged me for delays by the postal service, which was out of my control. I responded within hours to each of her messages, and Etsy automatically notified her of shipment. She was fully aware that a replacement was on its way. I'm sorry the USPS did not deliver when promised, but I shipped the next day after the order was received. Customers, please know that I make every effort to respond immediately and ship next day, as other reviews will confirm.
