Custom and personalized orders
Unless stated otherwise in my shop update, I am open to commissions. Please shoot me a message if you are interested.
To quickly receive a price quote please tell me:
- type of project (hoop art, t-shirt, etc)
- a description of the design you want (including level of detail)
- colors you'd like (for fabric and thread)
- relevant sizing information
- date needed by
Please also include any references and pictures you have of your idea! They help a lot.
Please note:
- I require payment in full before I start a project in most cases.
- Once we agree on a design, I will not allow design changes.
- I will keep you updated with progress pictures and allow for as many fixes as necessary until you are fully satisfied with the final product
Production Time for Embroidery Pieces
For existing listings, production time is 1-2 weeks.
For custom orders, unless it is a relatively simple design, production time is usually 2-3 weeks.
I offer rush orders for a fee that is dependent on how complicated the piece is and how soon you'd like to receive the piece. Please message me before placing a rush order!
Please note that production time does not equal estimated delivery. Delivery time will be an additional 1-7 days depending on the method of shipping you purchase.
Where is My Package?
For orders with tracking, you can track your order by going to "Purchases and Reviews" and clicking "Track Package" on your order. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to update after I mark your item as shipped.
Once I drop your order off at the post office, it is USPS's responsibility but if you believe your order has been lost, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will try my best to help you locate your package.
