5 out of 5 starsItem was custom made and shipped within two days. Loved the item when I received it, but unfortunately a piece broke off. I contacted the seller, and she replied quickly and was very apologetic. I sent back the earrings, which she fixed and sent back with a free pair of earrings for the inconvenience and refunded return shipping. Items are beautiful, and both times they came nicely gift wrapped. Seller proved she really cares about her customers. Absolutely recommend.
