Do you accept returns?
We completely understand if you're not completely satisfied with our product. However, our products are made-to-order - we only produce it after your order. Unlike big retailers, we are not able to hold big inventory. Accepting returns on customized products really hurt small businesses like ours. We hope you understand. However, we'll gladly send you some generous coupon codes, should you decide to give us another chance.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, our products ship to the continental USA only. We plan to expand shipping in the future.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Absolutely. We'll work with you on the design as well. Once you like the digital mock-up, we'll move on to production and shipping. We also cover events with tight deadlines. What's more, you can get volume discount on most products if you meet the minimum order threshold. Please send us a message and someone will be in touch.
