She worked with me to get the most perfect version of the gift. We went back and forth for a while to hone things to get it just right and not once did she make me feel I was demanding or a burden. She was receptive to all of my suggestions and tweaks which is a level of customer service you just don’t see anymore. Highly recommend and will be coming back to the shop for future orders!!
