What size are the digital files? Can they be resized?
The size and resolution of each file are specified in the product listing. However, if you need a specific size, please contact me, and I’ll see how I can assist.
Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?
No, The Cozy planner Studio only allows for personal use of our artwork files.
Where can I find my digital downloads in my Etsy account?
After purchasing, the file will be available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. (downloads can't be accessed through the app)
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
Do you offer printing?
No unfortunately at this time we do not offer printing.
I’m using an Apple login and didn’t receive the download email. What should I do?
If you used your Apple login with Apple’s privacy settings, the download email might not have reached you due to Apple's email masking. To access your files, please log in to your Etsy account directly through a browser and go to "Purchases and Reviews" to download your files. If you still have trouble, feel free to contact me!
I’m trying to download the files using the Etsy app, but it’s not working. What should I do?
Unfortunately, the Etsy app doesn’t currently support PDF downloads. To download your files, you’ll need to use a web browser. Simply log in to your Etsy account on a browser, go to "Purchases and Reviews," and download your files from there. If you encounter any issues, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist!
