Scrub Cap Printable Patterns
My daughter was graduating a Medical School in New Orleans, LA USA back in spring 2014. She was about to start her surgical residency - Grey's Anatomy, anyone? :-) .
Of course she wanted a custom made surgeon's scrub cap as it is a HUGE deal for surgeons here in the US. Back in Russia I used to make custom clothes for people for over 20 years, so it was no wonder she asked me to make her a custom scrub cap.
I went searching the internet for a pattern that would work for a tight nicely fitting, easy to adjust and easy to put on surgical scrub cap.
I could not find anything to fit the bill, so I developed my own pattern - thanks to my vast experience with sewing in Russia that was not a struggle.
My daughter's first scrub cap was made out of Russian nesting dolls fabric. She love it.
I decided to create a video with instructions on how to make a scrub cap and posted it on my YouTube channel.
Soon people started asking for a printable (PDF) pattern.
This is how my business started.
Nurses, pet clinic technicians, vets, cancer patients - all these people used my pattern successfully in the last 4 years.
