How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are usually ready to ship within 48–72 hours. During the busy holiday season (especially early December), processing times may be a bit longer—so I always recommend ordering early to ensure your stocking arrives in time.
Do you accept returns?
Because each stocking is made to order and personalized, I’m unable to accept returns. However, your happiness means the world to me—if there’s any issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll make it right on my own time and dollar.
Can you rush an order?
Yes! I can usually accommodate rush orders if time allows. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within a few business days. All items include free USPS tracked First-Class shipping, but you can upgrade to Priority Express or overnight delivery—just send me a message first!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I’m happy to ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, and tracking is included on all international orders. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
Can I order multiple stockings for my family?
Absolutely! Save on shipping too. Order as many stockings as you need for your whole family. Simply add each stocking to your cart, and message me with the name and design options for each. If you’d like them to coordinate, I’ll make sure they match perfectly so your set looks beautiful together.
