Seller was flexible with my request and shoes arrived exactly as advertised. Fit perfectly and look great, I've gotten lots of compliments! Soles for this particular pair are thin (i.e. not supportive) but not unusually so for ballet flats, and in my opinion fine for what they are. The external surface of the soles has minimal but adequate grip. The shoes stay on well without flopping off, which is a problem I have with many other shoes of this type.
