Your Privacy is Our Strategy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when The Strategy Stack collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

The products sold by The Strategy Stack are career intelligence tools, often involving sensitive data (resumes, job descriptions) and API keys.

A. Local Execution:
All of our software products are delivered as self-contained HTML files and operate entirely on your local device (your computer's web browser). This means that:

Your documents (resumes, cover letters, etc.)

Your prompts and queries to the AI model.

Your personal API key (for Google Gemini or similar services).

are never collected, stored, or transmitted to The Strategy Stack's servers, databases, or systems. We do not have access to any data you input into the software after the initial download.

B. Data Security:
Because the software executes locally, the security of your data is governed by your own device's security and your management of your personal API key.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy: We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
