We accept credit card and debit card payments through PayPal. In case you own a German or other European bank account, then we’ll also accept Bank Transfers.

Payments for all ordered items are due within 7 business days of sale. Your order will not be handled until full payment is cleared.

In case you have changed your mind about a purchase, please let us know within 24hours of order placement and we’ll relist the item. Thx.

We are based in GERMANY. So our items are created and shipped
from GERMANY! Please keep this in mind!

Shipping fees differ from country to country. Make sure to check our shipping profiles before placing an order!

Items to the U.S. for example are sent via priority airmail. This service promises to take only 6 - 9 working days. However, I would allow for a couple of days extra to get the shipment through customs. All shipments contain a commercial invoice to keep the customs officers happy and to make them pass on the goods asap. :-)

All orders are shipped within 2 – 6 business days of receiving payment. Custom made items may take a few days longer, but more information will either be provided in the relevant article description or in case of requested custom item, agreed with you.

All items are safely wrapped to withstand the tough journey to their destination. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in the mail, although we will help and assist to resolve the situation. In the rare case of a shipment getting lost we will of course provide a replacement shipment free of charge.

Upon request we can arrange insured shipping. The extra-charge for insured shipping is to be agreed before order placement. So please contact us before ordering! Thx.

Important! Custom regulations:
International customers are responsible for any and/or all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs Agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. Unfortunately, we have no possibility to find out or calculate how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Colours:
Please keep in mind that your computer screen may display colours slightly different than they actually are! If you are unsure about a specific colour/colour combination, please get in touch, we’ll be happy to send you a fabric sample!

CARE/WASH-Instructions:
Our flowers are handmade items and although they are well-made we do not believe that they will survive a tough washing machine or tumble dryer. If necessary please wash your flowers by hand or give them to the dry cleaners. We will experiment with the washing machine and inform you of the outcome as soon as we know. :-O

Unless stated otherwise our items are made from ALL NEW materials in a smoke and pet free environment!
