5 out of 5 starsCustomer service has been #1. There was a delay in delivery, but it is the fault of the post office and not the company. We love the blanket, it is soft and delicate, just like in the photos. We recommend the company 100%.

1 out of 5 starsI placed on order on October 14th, it was suppose to be shipped by the 20th. I had to reach out to to seller as my order was never marked at shipped. She replied three days later that she shipped it on the 24th and should arrive in 4-7 days. Two weeks later I reached out again as it still had not arrived. She again replied three days later saying lots of people weren’t receiving their orders. She offered to send another one which isn’t helpful and then she just stopped replying. Worst costumer service I’ve experienced on Etsy.
