I've never purchased from them, but their feedback was quite horrendous when they finally left Etsy.
If I were to order from them, I'd pay via credit card (even if you pay via paypal) so I have some recourse if anything were to go wrong. There were a lot of unhappy customers over the holiday season.
But this is just what I witnessed... I never ordered from the company myself.

Great! I ordered 2 shirts from them on Feb. 9th and have had the worst experience. I just didn't want to say anything negative outright. They have sent me sooo many rude emails and I didn't even hear anything from them for the first 2 months. At this point I'm just trying to get my money back. I sent a complaint to the Austin, TX better business bureau asking for my refund and they said they would send me a MO b/c they couldn't use paypal (which is how I paid them). They have already threatened to call their lawyer and said that I didn't deserve their "quality handmade items". I am so mad about this. Its been 3 weeks since they said they'd send me a MO. I am NOT letting this go. Any suggestion about what I could do?

Keep after them. See if you can contact the attorney general and keep after them with the better business bureau. If you paid via paypal with your credit card, contact your credit card company asap to see if you can get your money back through them.

i wish you'd posted this sooner! plenty of folks would've been able to warn ya...
keep at it. if reckon keeps up this behavior even off etsy, he shouldn't be able to stay in business!
