Now that 2010 is here, its cold outside! But I (we..some of us) want some snow!

Here's a thread for AREtsy to chat about snow, winter, valentine's day, and the promise of spring to come in a few months!

You can have some of ours--we're into Day 4 of a blizzard here in Maine.

Well, at least I want snow! I love snow and the quiet beauty that comes with the morning after a fresh fallen snow! I know it sounds corny, but its true!

New thread! Whats going on with you guys? Planning new items to sell? Planning to go to any arts/crafts shows this year?

Any tips for planning for those shows?

Haha...hopeful...well I don't think I want a blizzard, but 5 or 6 inches would be good!

Ah - our hope for snow worked. It's lovely outside!

Of course I'm doing shows this year - I might do one this spring, but other than that one, they will all take place in the fall.

I'm also considering phasing out my only jewelry shop in 2010 (not sure on that, but considering) - at least online. It does so well in person, but I'm lost on here. It takes a lot to keep up both shops and I'd rather focus on the wool for online sales.

We haven't gotten snow. There is a chance tonight, but I don't think we will get any.

Wooly, I don't blame you. There are tons of jewelry sights. But you never know! I may phase out my original shop too. I don't get much traffic on it. But then again, I haven't given it much attention at all.

Praying for some snow in NE AR!

It's snowing here too! It might even be enough to cover the ground by the end of it!

Jewelry is tough on here wooly, I don't know how anyone does it!

I mainly keep Idyllhands going because I give out the address locally. Who knows what I'll end up doing.

Yay for snow! We had a dusting. It was enough to send the boys into a freenzy.

I blogged today, after taking a quick Christmas break :) I am doing a weekly feature called "Talkin' Etsy Tuesdays" and featured TheBeehive if anyone would like to check it out:
