Original Post

CrookedSister just posted a great list of craft show info for the United States. www.etsy.com/forums_thread.php?thread_id=6455345&page=1

I'd like to mirror it with a Canadian info thread. Do we have anything?? Please contribute! We don't seem to have the big big shows here and I could only come up with a few.

I'd like to see more listings for big shows happening in provincial capitals & major cities (Montreal shows, Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax..)

Hi, There's also the portobello markets that happen once a month, here's a link to their website:

they have markets in Vancouver and Calgary

and there's portobello east too, in Toronto:

I'd love to see some too.

Kinda sucks that Victoria, the Capitol of B.C., rarely has any large events, they always happen in Vancouver ! --tho I can understand what with it being the larger city and you don't need a ferry to get to it ( except for us --wish us Victorians could get some kind of discount to make us actually want to go to Van. ).
**We did get Video Games Live here last year, terrific fun & felt like it had sold out. Then I find out it was 'almost' sold out but not enough to return :( Yup, it's playing in Van. of course.

Thanks for the links, Portobello & Got Craft sound interesting :)
