Please kindly note that during strike actions, postal service technical incidents or holiday seasons, delays are likely, including with other carriers, due to a high volume of packages awaiting to be processed.

- For shipping outside the UK, for our customers peace of mind, tracked and signed shipping only is available for the time being. We work with different carriers such as Transglobal Express, DPD, Ups and Evri to guarantee a smooth and fully tracked service.
Royal Mail is currently unavailable, we might reintegrate this service in the future as soon as it'll be fully functioning again.

- For the UK, Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class, tracked 24 delivery are available. We have also added DPD Local and Evri express upgrades for more urgent deliveries.

Please note that I might need extra time in order to fulfil your order, and your request must be for an item in line with the range of products I am selling in my shop.

Our shop is based in the UK. A Custom Form is now included on your package for any shipping outside the UK.
From 1st July 2021, VAT will be charged on imports to the EU regardless of value.
VAT will apply at the rate of the buyer’s country of residence, which varies for every EU country between 5% and 20%.
VAT will be collected by Etsy when you purchase our products. VAT will be paid to the home VAT authority of the EU country of registration, then forwarded to the relevant EU countries of the buyer's destination.

We do our best to ship the orders as quickly as possible. Delays might occur due to Customs and during busy periods.
- ideally, before ordering, please do not hesitate to send us a private message, we will be happy to assist you.

- We accept refunds on non-personalised items, your request must be made within 14 days from the reception of your order. We will proceed to a refund of the product cost, as soon as the item will be returned to us (the postage costs are at the customer's charge).

We highly recommend to use our delivery upgrades in those circumstances.

We make sure that the size of each product is clearly shown in the listing photos and/or listing descriptions. We recommend to read the listing decriptions in full to get all the details you need to know before ordering.

Please note that we do accept returns on physical products, according to UK and EU laws. However, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn or altered in any way by the customer : for example, worn pieces of jewelry are no longer accepted for a return.
