Each piece of furniture also consists of fittings, i.e. hinges and guides. In OTOTO furniture, we use the highest quality BLUM products with a special BLUMOTION soft-close system.

As befits high-quality furniture, we deliver them in full, so before placing an order, check how the furniture is moved to its destination. Measure the width and height of the door openings and the ability to pass through the staircase.

We deliver our furniture by couriers
Upon receipt of the parcel, check that the product has not been mechanically damaged in transport.

Before confirming receipt, the package should be opened and checked in the presence of the courier (especially if the package is deformed, perforated, folded, torn - even the smallest damage should be noted! furniture inside the package) - therefore we recommend that you always open the package in the presence of the courier.

In the event of damage, a damage report should be drawn up. Please remember that this is the basis for filing a complaint.

If you like any of our furniture, but its dimensions or color do not match your interior, please contact us by phone or via the contact form. After the conversation, we will prepare a sketch drawing showing the changes along with their valuation and implementation date. Everything is done by e-mail or by phone. If you accept the changes, we go to work.

Personalization is subject to:
- colors (you can choose the color of the furniture color from among 6 shades of oil-waxes)
- dimensions (each of the dimensions can be adapted to the requirements of your interior)
- functional layout (you want to have more drawers, shelves or change the side that opens from the front, we will help you adjust it to your needs).

Proper care of oiled furniture will allow you to enjoy their natural appearance for many years. The basis is cleaning with a slightly damp cloth made of a soft material to avoid scratching the surface. We clean according to the arrangement of the rings.
We absolutely do not use any detergents that can cause discoloration and stains. If alcohol is spilled, remove it quickly to prevent it from being absorbed into the wood structure. We always clean oiled furniture only with agents designed specifically for them. After a few years, it is worth refreshing the furniture by applying oil-wax again. Contact us and we will tell you what wax oil you need.

If you choose the color of natural plywood, the piece of furniture is covered with a clear matte varnish intended for this type of plywood finish. If you use our color palette, then we use the highest quality OSMO oil-wax.

We make furniture from high-quality plywood. Each furniture board has a different grain, color and number of feathers. We strive to select and match appropriately, but cannot accept returns based on natural variations.
The actual appearance of the products may slightly differ from those shown in the photos, mainly due to the differences in the color of the wood and its grain - it results from the properties of the material, which is wood.
