A long time ago lived in the city of Bordeaux a young man who softened the canelés.
He couldn't help but eat it. In the morning, at noon, in the evening, all his days were dedicated to the quest for the perfect canele, the most crispy and mellow at the same time, the one whose balance of flavors would make him forget all his little worries.
But this idiot died of diabetes.
Since then it is said that he returned in the form of a demonic canelé and that he roams the streets of the city at night in search of the most crunchy and plump pastry chef at the same time!
