We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand production partner. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

It takes approximately 2 to 5 days to create your product. After that, the order will be shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but the good news is that our production partner produces locally in 32 countries. This means that we are able to reach you faster, smarter and greener. For most destinations it takes an average of 2 to 6 business days to delivery an order. Please bear in mind that these are approximate shipping estimates, we would kindly ask that you allow up to 7 business days just to be on the safe side.

We'll do our best to meet shipping estimates. However, the estimated delivery dates are indicative and DO NOT constitute a guarantee. For certain countries or special circumstances such delivery times might vary. For example, during peak times like holidays and Christmas carriers may experience severe delays. Please take this into account when placing your orders at these particular times. We recommend to place your order as early as possible if you need it by a specific date.

You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line.

Please note - if you ordered more than one item, it may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package and tracking. Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time an item is shipped for movement to show on your tracking number.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
3.Stop by your neighbour's in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, send us a message and we will help you track down your package.

However, 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

For issues related to packages that have been lost in transit please contact us directly via Etsy private message. We'll be happy to send you a replacement order.

Our production partner has very strict quality control measures in place to make sure that all our products are printed and produced to the highest standards. However, in the rare case that you receive a misprinted, damaged or defective item please contact us immediately.

The easiest and fastest way for us to help you is for you to communicate with us directly via private Etsy message with photos of the issue(s)!

In this case, once our quality assurance team confirms the issue we will issue a full refund or reprint your order if you prefer. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Claims deemed an error on our part are fully covered at our expense.

We do not accept cancelations. Because our production partners strive to get your order processed/fulfilled/shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and most of the times not possible) for us to cancel the fulfilment process/change order details once submitted.

❗️ We will never be able to cancel/edit orders once they are in the actual process of fulfilment, have tracking information and/or are in transit. 



At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our products are printed on demand, meaning that they are only printed when you place an order from us. For this reason we can’t support returns or exchanges.
