If your item is a gift and you want to include a gift message, please check "This order is a gift" at the checkout and use the "Add gift message for free" part to write your gift message.

Gift messages that are written in the "Add a note to DkmnSilverAndGold" part won't be added to the package as a gift message and we do not held responsible for not adding the gift message.

Exchanges and returns are not available unless we made an error in order, since all items we craft are made to order and personalized.

Some of our items are not personalized designs, but even for those items the colors and chain lengths are custom. So these items are also not available for exchanges and returns.

There may be some situations where we do agree an exchange or a return, so feel free to contact us if you think you need to return/exchange the item. The availability will be determined case by case.

Please DO NOT return any item without our approval. If we agree on an exchange or a return, buyers are responsible for all the shipping cost in between.

We use USPS, DHL or UPS to send your items depending on the country you are located.

All items we send out will have tracking numbers which we share after the shipping company we choose gets the packages.

Buyers are responsible for tracking their packages and get ahold of the package after a successful delivery. Mail theft is a common issue and we can not held responsible for the lost packages if the tracking says it is "delivered". We will not issue a full or partial refund for those packages.

If a package has a huge delay or get lost in the mail, it is the buyers responsibility to open a claim to the carrier about the package status. We may send a new item or issue a refund depending on the carriers response to the claim.

We can not guarantee a delivery date for any of the packages including the ones with Express shipping option. We can only guarantee a shipping date.

Even the shipping companies says the delivery times are not guaranteed.

For international packages, we are not responsible for any delays due to customs. It is the buyers responsibility to complete the customs operations and pay for the customs duty if it applies.

We do not offer refunds for packages stuck at customs and don't be delivered to the buyer.

Sometimes we need clarification about a personalization or other parts of an order. In such a case we send a message to the buyer using Etsy.com messages.

If the buyer don't reply our messages, we send follow-ups including warnings about the ship by date may be postponed or the order may be cancelled.

If we don't have a reply until a day before the ship by date, we simply postpone the date.

If there is a problem with your shipping address information and we couldn't get a shipping label for your order, we do send you a message about it and postpone the ship by date when the day is near enough.

If the order is already crafted, we share a photo of it and then a cancellation wouldn't be possible.

Unfortunately all we can do to contact you is using Etsy.com messages, and we send a message if contacting you is necessary for us to complete your order. You can change your settings on Etsy so that you get an email notification when you receive a message on Etsy.

Conversations out of Etsy's system is not under the protection of Etsy. So for the protection of both the buyer and us, we do not use any conversation method out of Etsy messages.
