UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Royal Mail estimate 2-4 Business days

Most items have the option to add tracked 24 which I recommend so that you can track where your order is.

All international orders are sent through Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Royal Mail estimates up 12 business days but do advise there may be delays due to customs which is out of their control.

Please note Royal Mail do not consider a package lost until 10 working days after estimated delivery date for UK orders,20 working days for Europe & 25 days for the rest of the world, after the estimated arrival date. Thanks

All items are handmade so please handle with care 😊

They are made with lots of love, attention and care but are not indestructible.

Fabric Ears are made using hot glue so please be careful not to leave in a hot car.

3d printed ears are made using PLA filament and hot glue, and again should not be left anywhere hot like in a hot car as they may warp.

Please make sure to pack your ears carefully when travelling.

Ears should be removed when on rides 🎢

Children should always be supervised wearing any ears or jewellery.

All ears are wrapped in protective foam and then wrapped in tissue paper.

They are packed in a cardboard box and surrounded by Eco Flo packing peanuts for further protection.

Jewellery is either wrapped in foam and then tissue paper ready for gifting, or in a gift bag or box depending on the item.
