I had a terrible experience with this seller. I purchased a 27mm star ruby, and paid for expensive Express Shipping so I could receive it in time for my project. The stone I received is barely 17mm. I sent help request to the seller, attached clear photos of the 2 stones with ruler. The seller first made false statements about the listings. After many tos-and-fros, I said I would have to escalate to Etsy, and only at this point, the seller admitted he had made the mistake and would resolve the issue with me. However, the next day, he turned around and threw me random questions again. It was clear the seller was being dishonest and tried to get away from this. I eventually got half the amount refunded through Paypal, but what a long and terrible experience....
