Delivery:
Dispatch is in 1-3 working days from ordering. On the off chance there are any delays I will notify you as soon as possible to ask if the later dispatch date is acceptable and offer a full refund. You will be sent a dispatch email by Etsy when the package has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 3-5 working days.
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks.
Please be aware that Etsy's estimated arrival dates are overly optimistic and the above delivery estimates are based on years of sending packages to many overseas and home destinations.
Shipping charges include a small charge for packaging materials and associated costs as well as the price of postage.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the customs fees and duty relevant to their country. You can use an online tax calculator like simplyduty.com to work out how much tax you may be liable for. (see https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator) Customers are also responsible for being aware of what products can be sent into their country and also for supplying their correct delivery address.

Right to cancel:
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 calendar days after the date of delivery - with the exception of custom made products or digital downloads. Please use Etsy's messaging system to contact me regarding Etsy orders as it help protect both buyer and seller in the event of any problems.
Please do let me know that you would like to return something to me before posting the item. That way I will know to look for it in the mail. If you wish to return an item you can use the cancellation form below if you find it helpful - but it is not a legal requirement. I recommend getting proof of postage and adequate insurance from your post carrier in case it goes missing or is damaged in the mail.
Any returns should reach me within 14 days of cancellation and the cost of postage and all packaging must be covered by the customer.
I will process any refunds when I receive the item in its original packaging and in an unused state and will include the original postage charge where appropriate. The refund will be made using the original payment method. The customer is liable for the cost of the item if it is not received by me in good condition.
Returns from overseas will also require a CN22 or CN23 form attached and should be marked as 'Returned goods'.

UK law requires that I supply customers with a returns form. You are under no obligation to use one and it serves no purpose in my business so please do not feel pressured to use it. However if you find it helpful then you may print out the contents by cutting and pasting the text into a word processing application and print it on a home computer.
