When I discovered this cover, I fell in love with it. I contacted the seller to ask her a few questions while congratulating her on her work. So I decided to order. I received my order quickly. The item was very nicely packaged. Unfortunately and despite the measurements transmitted during my exchange with the saleswoman, my tablet did not fit entirely inside. I decided to write to her to explain the situation and this lady very kindly offered to send her the pouch by tracked mail and the refund was not long in coming and will also reimburse me for the shipping costs. I sincerely thank her for her gesture. I highly recommend this creative craftswoman for her seriousness, her responsiveness and her great work😊

J’ai donc décidé de passer commande. J’ai reçu rapidement ma commande. L’article était très joliment emballé. Malheureusement et malgré les mesures transmises lors de mon échange avec la vendeuse, ma tablette ne rentrait pas entièrement dedans. J’ai décidé de lui écrire pour lui expliquer la situation et cette dame m’a proposé très gentiment de lui renvoyer la pochette en courrier suivi et le remboursement ne s’est pas fait attendre et va me rembourser également les frais d’envoi. Je la remercie sincèrement pour son geste. Je recommande vivement cette artisane créatrice pour son sérieux, sa réactivité et son chouette travail😊
