You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be received:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- With a packing slip for proper crediting
- Via mail with tracking number

After receipt of the returned item, its condition will be examined and if everything is in conformity, a refund will be made. This refund will be equal to the price of the item and does not include shipping costs.
If the accessory has been opened and/or worn, an amount of 10% of the price of the item will be reserved for its reconditioning.

We use the shipping addresses provided to us to ship orders.
If an incorrect address is provided, the package will be deemed undeliverable due to insufficient address information and will be returned to the sender. Please note that this can take a long time when it comes to international deliveries.
Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund (excluding shipping costs incurred) will be made to you.
For the reshipment of the item, you should place a new order.
The same rule applies to orders that have been notified but not collected from the post office by the addressee!

If you receive your accessory in a condition damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your name, order date and number and a photo of the damage so that we can help you with a replacement.

Unfortunately, accessories that are customized in color, size or that have been adjusted at the customer's request are not refundable.

If you buy an accessory that is offered in several lengths it will be made especially for you in the desired length. Therefore it will be considered as made to measure and could not be returned or refunded.
The solution in this case is to buy an extra length (if the accessory has been too short) or to cut the vine to the desired length.
To avoid this kind of inconvenience, we advise you to consult your hairdresser in advance or to measure the necessary length yourself using a tape measure or ribbon. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
