Traditional Buddhist mâla (called tengwa, in Tibetan), which can be worn as a bracelet or necklace.
It is composed of 108 pearls.
The number 108 is a sacred number in the traditions of the Far East
Use the mâla by holding the necklace so as to scroll, between the thumb and the index finger, the pearls one after the other. This way you can recite the mantra on each of the beads. A pearl larger than the others indicates that you have reached the 108th pearl. If you breathe calmly, the meditation lasts about fifteen minutes.
Made of sandalwood and synthetic blue howlite stones (6mm).
Length = 68 cm, Pearl diameter = 6 mm
One size extendable thanks to its elastic cord.
