Learning a new craft can sometimes be a daunting and overwhelming experience. With so much possibility and so much to learn, where do you start?
Sewing is a fun and rewarding hobby, but it can cause headaches, particularly as a beginner. This is why I have created Sew Your Own kits; an all-in-one kit that takes the stress out of sewing so you can just enjoy learning a new skill and creating a finished product.
Scrunchies are a perfect beginners' sewing project; they are quick and easy to make, and don't require any experience of sewing. With this kit, there is fabric to make two scrunchies, so you could complete this project with a friend or family member, or just make them both yourself and get even more practice sewing!
The Sew Your Own kit includes:
- the fabric pieces for two scrunchies, cut to size
- two pieces of elastic
- a basic sewing kit with needle, thread, pins etc.
- an instructional booklet with text and images (also available as PDF)
