This baby shower pink coiled fabric bowl is made from various strips of 100%, cotton fabric, in various shades of pink, with bits of blue and gray, wrapped around a cotton rope core, then coiled and stitched into a one of a kind unique fabric bowl. It measures 7 1/2 inches across and 3 1/8 inches deep. It is finished off with a decorative fabric coil and an ornamental blue button.

These little bowls are great as a candy dish or a catch all for keys, jewelry and trinkets. You can take it one step further and fill it full of raffia, sample size baby lotions, pacifiers, safety scissors and cents off diaper coupons. The only thing blushing about this soap is its pearlescent rose color. The scent is that of a Bourbon Rose in full bloom along with a hint of greenery. Rose Otto (essential oil) is use in the perfume industry to make those wonderful scents we all love but did you know that it costs about $60/ .1 oz.?

Don't panic. I did not put it in this soap, but it smells like I did. Instead I used a proprietary blend of Rose Geranium, Palma Rosa, and Lavender Essential Oils.

A DIFFERENCE YOU CAN FEEL:
Our soaps are absolutely all-natural. They contain fresh goat’s milk, high grade vegetable oils selected and certified as sustainable and organic, pure steam distilled essential oils and plant based colorants. They do not contain hydrogenated vegetable oils, synthetic fragrance oils or artificial preservatives. We source locally first and look for earth-friendly packaging. If you are looking for a high quality bath product to suit your discriminating taste or for your sensitive skin, this is the soap for you.

All of our products are handmade in small batches and our soaps hand cut.

Our soaps contain natural glycerin as a byproduct of the soap making process, but we do not add glycerin which tends to soften soap. Each recipe we use is guaranteed to create a long-lasting soap with rich lather that will outlast any commercial bar of detergent.

Nereids Bath Salts are an ultra moisturizing blend that contains solar evaporated sea salts from the costal region of California, Pink Himalayan Sea Salts, Epsom Salts and premium fragrance oil with top notes of ocean mist, sea moss, and cyclamen. Followed by middle notes of geranium flower, and coriander seed on base notes of white cedar wood and earthy vetiver.

You receive 16 ounces of bath salts packaged in an up cycled mason jar. I painted the jar lid to add a rustic appeal, and hand stamped the top with a mermaid in metallic green paint. The jar can be used as a pin cushion and or storage jar. The pictures show some other uses. Store your beach treasures, sewing notions or just about anything. The padded top is also scented to match the bath salts and the inside of the lid contains a little bit of trivia about the Nereides in Greek Mythology

My lightly scented hemp soap is a body wash bar. Made using olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, hemp oil, and essential oil. These bars have a strong bubbly lather and a light fragrance. The bars are handmade, so I can guarantee they will not be perfectly rectangular. They all weigh more than 3 oz. The bars come wrapped in wax paper. This henna shampoo bar is unscented and made with a conditioning blend of saponified oils including: Organic Extra Virgin Olive, Organic Coconut, raw unrefined Shea butter, Olive oil pomace, Organic Jojoba (direct from US farmers!), and Castor Oil. These bars were made with a strong brew of henna powder to benefit the hair, but they do not deposit color. These bars are hard and long lasting and create a stable bubbly lather. No extra conditioner is needed with this bar for most people, but if you have very dry or easily tangled hair, then we suggest you try it with one of our leave in hair serums. This bar has a slightly more smoothing and straightening effect compared to the vegan aloe shampoo bars which tend to give more bounce and volume. These shampoo bars of this type that we currently have in stock are smaller than our normal bars; they are 3.5- 3.9 oz.

How to wash hair with a shampoo bar:
Washing with a shampoo bar is pretty simple. First you wet your hair thoroughly, the rub the shampoo bar in a few a patches in your hair. Then work up the lather with your hands. Make sure the lather is worked in through all of your hair and down to your scalp in order give your hair a complete cleaning. Then rinse your hair with fresh water making sure to get out all the shampoo. Rinsing your hair with bath tub water that already has soap mixed in with it will not give you a clean rinse. I wash with my shampoo bars every 2 to 3 days, or more often if I have been getting dirty in the garden or have been working out strenuously.

Transitioning to Shampoo Bars:
For some people it takes longer than others to adjust to shampoo bars. This depends on a lot of factors including if there is build up from other products in your hair. Also if the shampoo you have been using strongly strips your natural oils, then your scalp may seem to over produce sebum when you switch to a milder shampoo.
