Ho iniziato a stampare in 3D per hobby, realizzando oggetti di cui avevo bisogno per la casa e per i progetti a cui stavo lavorando. Ma mi sono presto reso conto che la stragrande maggioranza dei prodotti stampati in 3D sul mercato utilizzava ancora plastiche non sostenibili che finivano nelle discariche, negli oceani o come microplastiche nell'ambiente. Volevo un modo migliore e più sostenibile di creare. È stato allora che ho scoperto biomateriali ecocompatibili come il PHA, così come filamenti riciclati e filamenti realizzati con fibre di legno. Ho quindi deciso di avviare un'attività per offrire un'opzione sostenibile per i prodotti stampati in 3D sul mercato.

At Printed Cosmos we use eco-conscious materials to 3D print useful home products, tools and decorative and fun items.
I started 3D printing as a hobby, making things I needed for the around the house, and for projects I was working on. But I quickly realized that the vast majority of 3D printed products on the market were still using unsustainable plastics that ultimately would wind up in landfills, the ocean, or as microplastics in our environment. I wanted a better, more sustainable way to create. That’s when I discovered eco-conscious, bio-materials like PHA, as well as recycled filaments, and filaments made from wood fibers. I then decided to start a business to offer a sustainable option for 3D printed products in the market.
All of our products are produced with the most eco-conscious materials currently on the market, and we use shipping materials that are 100% plastic-free, including the tape!
